Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and financial records
- Process accounts payable/receivable and payroll
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements
- Prepare financial statements and tax documentation
- Implement QuickBooks/Xero accounting systems
- Conduct monthly financial analysis and reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks/Xero/MS Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) preferred
