Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Process weekly payroll and manage payroll tax filings.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Assist with year-end tax preparation and filing.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero) to track expenses and invoices.
- Maintain organized and accurate financial records.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
