Responsibilities
- Manage and process daily accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card statement reviews to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients while ensuring timely collection of payments.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes, preparing necessary reports.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure all entries are properly categorized.
- Support the finance team with data entry and reporting needs.
- Ensure all financial documentation is securely filed and compliant with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
