Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Resolve account inquiries and provide personalized financial solutions
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions
- Assist with ATM maintenance and branch operations support
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficient with basic financial software and Microsoft Office
