Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Provide exceptional service by resolving inquiries and recommending financial solutions
- Maintain accurate cash balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Cross-sell bank products while building customer relationships
- Balance daily transactions and reconcile discrepancies
- Support branch operations through account maintenance and document processing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with banking software and basic MS Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must pass background check and FINRA registration
