Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and compliance reporting.
- Process payroll and ensure timely weekly disbursements to all employees.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and assist with internal audits.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting or bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables), and other accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
