Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
- Assist with tax preparation, audits, and financial analysis for diverse client portfolio
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial data accuracy and security
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions for financial reporting and data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven ability to identify discrepancies
- Effective communication skills for client/stakeholder interactions
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
