Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and balance sheets to ensure accuracy.Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.Assist with the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.Ensure strict compliance with GAAP and internal company policies.Generate and distribute comprehensive financial reports to management.Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial records.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).Proven experience in general accounting or bookkeeping within a corporate environment.Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and advanced Excel skills.Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
