Responsibilities
- Perform month-end closing procedures and reconciliations during weekend shifts
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax filings
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting
- Conduct audits and compliance checks for client portfolios
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless workflow continuity
- Implement and improve accounting processes using QuickBooks and SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM)
