Key Responsibilities:
• Perform daily financial reconciliations and account closures for the weekend period.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
• Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently.
• Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and GAAP standards.
• Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and optimize financial workflows.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
