- Execute full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage weekend payroll processing for 500+ employees
- Lead accounts payable/receivable workflows with 24-hour turnaround
- Conduct financial audits and internal controls assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and tax codes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public/private accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel (VBA/Power BI)
- Weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm)
- Strong knowledge of California tax regulations
- Proven experience with SOX compliance
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
