Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekly financial transactions for assigned client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze weekend financial reports including balance sheets and income statements
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during weekend operations
- Conduct month-end closing procedures specific to weekend shift responsibilities
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure seamless financial continuity
- Implement internal controls to maintain financial data integrity
- Assist with quarterly audits and tax preparation documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure preferred
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software platforms
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and Nevada tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend hours
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA) considered a significant advantage
