- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles during weekend operations
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls and internal audit protocols
- Collaborate with weekday team on cross-functional financial initiatives
- Maintain digital filing systems with encrypted weekend backups
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and weekend reconciliation procedures
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with 99.9% transaction accuracy history
- Valid Missouri accounting license and clean background check
