- Manage payroll processing for weekend staff
- Implement financial controls to ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial analysis
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
- Detail-oriented with error detection abilities
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
