Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile client accounts payable/receivable with 99.9% accuracy
- Process bi-weekend payroll and tax filings for 15+ client accounts
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports
- Manage QuickBooks data migration and system optimization projects
- Conduct quarterly account audits and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on strategic financial planning
- Implement and maintain internal controls for weekend operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years proven bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Pro
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent certification
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and NC tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail with zero-error tolerance
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Weekend availability (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm) required
- Experience with multi-currency accounting preferred
