Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and distribute weekly financial reports
- Manage payroll processing for weekend staff
- Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
- Assist with month-end closing procedures
- Respond to client financial inquiries via email/phone
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry standards
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field
- 2+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Strong attention to detail with error-free work history
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 5 PM)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
