Responsibilities
- Assist with daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting preparation
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Input and maintain financial data in accounting software (QuickBooks)
- Prepare invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments
- Assist with audits by providing documentation and supporting schedules
- Learn and apply GAAP principles under guidance

Qualifications
