Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconcile accounts weekly
- Process payroll, invoices, and expense reports during weekend shifts
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping functions and data entry
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Collaborate with finance team during weekday handovers
- Manage client billing cycles and collections as needed
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Professional certification (e.g., CPB) preferred
