As a Weekend Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank statements, and assisting with month-end close activities during the weekend. We value accuracy, efficiency, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Process and post weekly financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and financial reports.
- Assist with payroll processing for the weekend workforce.
- Review and approve expense reports submitted by clients.
- Ensure all financial documentation is organized and filed according to company policy.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bookkeeper.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday.
