Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a weekly basis.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices with high accuracy.
- Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting and data entry.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts and journal entries.
- Ensure strict compliance with company financial policies and local regulations.
- Perform bank deposits and assist with payroll processing as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Excellent attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation (if required for on-site support).
