Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume accounts payable and receivable processing for weekend transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card balances to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and trial balances.
- Enter and verify financial data into QuickBooks and accounting software.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all financial records.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
