Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable transactions with weekend deadline accuracy
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts bi-weekly
- Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Manage payroll processing for weekend staff and contractors
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Maintain organized digital filing systems for financial documents
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure continuity of financial operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability to work Saturdays (8am-4pm) and Sundays (9am-1pm)
- Experience with multi-client bookkeeping preferred
