Responsibilities
- Process and record daily transactions for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage payroll processing for the weekend workforce, including tax deductions and direct deposits.
- Assist with the preparation of weekly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical financial documentation.
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks/Xero) to track expenses and revenue streams.
- Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing inquiries and discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proven proficiency with QuickBooks Online or similar accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and general ledger accounting principles.
- Mandatory requirement: Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
