Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliation.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions with high accuracy.
- Process payroll for weekend staff members and contractors.
- Prepare monthly financial reports, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Assist with tax preparation support during peak fiscal seasons.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and account status.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
