- Maintain accurate general ledger entries and reconcile accounts monthly

- Prepare financial statements and month-end closing reports
- Track expenses and prepare budgets for department heads
- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction processing and data analysis
- Collaborate with auditors during compliance reviews
- Implement financial controls to prevent discrepancies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Associate degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Knowledge of GAAP and tax compliance regulations
