Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and general ledger entries with a high degree of accuracy.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements and reconciliation reports.
- Assist in payroll processing for the weekend workforce and temporary staff.
- Ensure strict adherence to GAAP and local financial regulations.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
