Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive weekend bookkeeping cycles including accounts payable/receivable processing
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements with 100% accuracy
- Generate and analyze monthly financial reports for diverse client portfolios
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance documentation
- Implement QuickBooks/Xero optimization strategies for weekend operations
- Coordinate with weekday teams for seamless financial continuity
- Maintain strict adherence to GAAP and industry-specific compliance standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with weekend shift exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Xero and Excel/Google Sheets
- Proven track record in multi-state payroll processing (CO & IL focus)
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail with error reconciliation capabilities
