Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and credit card statement analysis.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for assigned clients.
- Process weekly payroll runs and ensure tax filings are current.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist in month-end closing procedures to ensure timely reporting.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Accountant (1+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (40 hours bi-weekly).
- CPA or Associate’s degree in Accounting preferred.
