Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for the upcoming week.
- Manage and prepare weekly payroll entries.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and monthly reports.
- Review and code invoices for expense management.
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and payment schedules.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently with high attention to detail.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Accounting preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
