Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and accounts payable/receivable processing.
- Enter and verify financial data into QuickBooks and accounting software.
- Generate and distribute weekly financial reports to management.
- Reconcile credit card statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
- Assist with month-end close procedures during weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or Xero is required.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Must be available to work weekends on a rotating schedule.
