Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries
- Process payroll and reconcile bank statements with precision
- Generate monthly financial reports and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and IRS regulations
- Collaborate with senior accountants on month-end closing procedures
- Manage client invoices and vendor payment processing
- Utilize QuickBooks and accounting software for data management
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks proficiency
- Strong knowledge of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
- Professional certification (e.g., CB, AIPB) highly desirable
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
