Responsibilities
- Perform accurate monthly reconciliation of bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Manage and process accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
- Prepare and maintain general ledger entries and financial reports.
- Assist with the preparation of monthly payroll reports for the weekend workforce.
- Ensure compliance with all federal and state financial regulations.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Support the finance team during month-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) is mandatory.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during weekend shifts.
