Responsibilities
- Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain accurate general ledger records.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions for the week.
- Prepare and post adjusting entries to ensure financial statements are accurate.
- Reconcile credit card statements and expense reports.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with all company financial policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional bookkeeping experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Online, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with payroll processing is a plus.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (Hybrid or Remote options considered).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
