Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations with 100% accuracy
- Generate monthly financial statements and variance analyses
- Manage QuickBooks data entry and account maintenance
- Prepare sales tax filings and payroll documentation
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Maintain organized digital financial records and documentation
- Collaborate with senior accountants on financial strategy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional bookkeeping experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Desktop
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- Certified Bookkeeper (CB) designation preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical aptitude
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
