Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliation
- Prepare financial statements and reports under supervision
- Manage general ledger entries and account maintenance
- Support audit preparation and documentation requests
- Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) for data entry
- Adhere to GAAP principles and company financial policies
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or related field)
