Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile accounts monthly
- Process accounts payable/receivable and manage payroll entries
- Prepare financial statements and client reports weekly
- Utilize QuickBooks for transaction processing and data entry
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and audits
- Communicate with clients regarding financial documentation
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- 3+ years bookkeeping/financial management experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail with error-spotting abilities
- Experience with multi-client accounting systems
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday, 8am-4pm)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
