Responsibilities
- Perform daily and monthly financial reconciliations and variance analysis with high precision.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and P&L reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processing to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual audits with supporting documentation.
- Ensure strict compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical financial records and ledgers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of professional experience in general ledger accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
