Responsibilities
- Process and reconcile weekly bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable for the weekend batch of invoices.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports and variance analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP standards.
- Manage payroll processing for weekend staff.
- Respond to financial inquiries from clients and staff promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
