Key Responsibilities
- Execute month-end and year-end closing procedures on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts with precision.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports.
- Perform variance analysis and assist with budget preparation.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for financial documents.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in general ledger accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday shifts).
