Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with attention to regulatory compliance
- Process payroll and accounts receivable/payable on weekends
- Assist with audits and financial reporting for multi-state operations
- Implement accounting controls to safeguard company assets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend shift flexibility
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
