Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable Weekend Accountant to manage our financial operations during off-hours. In this role, you will ensure accuracy in financial reporting, maintain ledger balances, and support our team with critical accounting functions. Responsibilities
- Manage daily financial transactions and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and tax returns.
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies.
- Process payroll and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Support the month-end and year-end close processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
- 2-3 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
