- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions within 3-day SLA
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Implement process improvements for invoice approval workflows
- Manage 1099 vendor compliance and tax documentation
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly financial reviews
- Maintain accurate vendor master data in SAP system
- Analyze aging reports and implement collection strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in high-volume accounts payable role
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel
- Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAP) preferred
- Experience with 1099 compliance and tax regulations
