Responsibilities
- Perform monthly and weekly financial reconciliations for all accounts.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
- Prepare weekly financial reports and variance analysis for management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
- Assist with the preparation of quarterly tax documents and audit schedules.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Assist other team members during peak periods as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (40 hours total).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
