Responsibilities
- Perform accurate monthly and quarterly financial reconciliations for all accounts.
- Prepare and review weekly financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processing during the weekend shift.
- Assist in the preparation of year-end audits and tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial policies.
- Process payroll and benefits administration for weekend staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Attention to detail and strong analytical problem-solving skills.
