Responsibilities
- Perform accurate monthly and weekly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts.
- Prepare and review financial statements, trial balances, and general ledgers.
- Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll reports for weekend staff.
- Ensure all financial data is compliant with GAAP and internal control policies.
- Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and schedules.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a part-time or weekend capacity.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and reconciliation procedures.
