- Manage month-end closing procedures and financial reporting for weekend operations
- Process payroll and expense reports with strict attention to detail
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card transactions daily
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and industry regulations
- Collaborate with weekday finance team on cross-functional projects
- Utilize QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions for data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of accounting experience with weekend/shift work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
