Responsibilities
- Execute the month-end and year-end closing procedures with high accuracy.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and compliance documents.
- Review and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
- Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to company policies and GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with the senior finance team to resolve discrepancies and optimize financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of professional accounting experience.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
