Responsibilities
- Execute weekend financial reconciliations and account closings
- Process payroll and vendor payments with precision
- Prepare monthly financial statements for client portfolios
- Manage accounts receivable/payable cycles during weekend shifts
- Conduct internal audits and compliance checks
- Collaborate with weekday finance teams for seamless operations
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proven weekend shift availability (Sat-Sun 8am-5pm)
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-client portfolio management
- Valid California CPA license (highly desirable)
