Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile weekend financial transactions for high-volume accounts
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with weekend deadlines
- Oversee weekend payroll processing and tax compliance
- Conduct internal audits and ensure SOX compliance during weekend operations
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for weekend financial reporting
- Implement weekend accounting workflows for casino/hospitality clients
- Maintain meticulous financial records in QuickBooks and ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in hospitality/gaming
- CPA certification or actively pursuing CPA
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial reporting tools
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and Nevada tax regulations
- Ability to work independently in weekend-only schedules
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with multi-currency transactions a plus
