Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and credit card statements with precision.
- Process weekly payroll for all employees, ensuring timely disbursement and accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports to support executive decision-making.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and local government reports.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for financial records and invoices.
- Collaborate with the full-time finance team to resolve complex accounting discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 1-3 years of hands-on accounting experience (experience with weekend shifts is highly preferred).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
